I have accounting & business administration degrees and spent 20 years working as an accountant. After raising three sons, I have been blessed with three young granddaughters whom I enjoy spending lots of time with. In addition to traveling with my spouse extensively, I enjoy shopping, reading, and relaxing with family & friends.

I am one of 8 children with three wonderful grandchildren. Graduated from Ohio State University. Worked as an accountant for the State of Ohio for 30 years. I am now happily retired. l enjoy writing short stories and am learning Spanish.

I have earned Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate degrees in Administration. I have worked at The Ohio State University for 32 years. I have been a member of Northeasterners for approximately 25 years and am currently the president of the chapter. My hobbies include fundraising and serving as President of the Victory Matron Club debutant ball.
Darlene Clemente
I joined the Northeasterners in 2019, and currently works as a Risk Manager at Huntington National Bank. I am the mother of 3 adult children, and the daughter of Theda Clemente. I enjoy reading and relaxing with family on adventures.
Elizabeth Scott Ikharo
I have Bachelor, Masters, and Doctoral degrees and retired from Columbus City Schools after 29 years. My husband & I are expecting our first grandchild from one of our 3 adult children in November and are extremely excited about it! I enjoy relaxing with family, movies, dining out, current events and traveling.
Theda Clemente
I am a retired nurse of 60 years and joined the Northeasterners in 2014. I enjoy vacationing and look forward to the many adventures that lay ahead. I also enjoy volunteering, spending time with my kids, grandkids and most recently a great grandchild!

I am a graduate of Westerville High School, became a Northeasterner in 2015. My career is in Mortgage Lending. The most rewarding part of my job is helping borrowers live the “American Dream”. I enjoy traveling and bowling.
Benette Waugh DeCoux
I earned Bachelor & master’s degrees and enjoyed an extensive career as a youth advocate in the Dayton Public Schools in various roles and for the county. My interests include Northeasterners, Delta Sigma Theta and I have received several awards for service. A widow, I have traveled extensively and enjoy reading, making crafts and photography, and family.

I am happily retired after earning Bachelor & master’s degrees and spending many years as a Sr Human Resource Manager. I enjoy spending time with family/friends, traveling, jazz music, yoga and reading.

I graduated from The Ohio State University and have been working as a Real Estate Professional for nearly 30 years. My passion is having my team help individuals with credit challenges obtain home ownership. I enjoy attending church, time with family, reading, music and traveling.
Katrina Turner
I am a teacher in the Westerville Public school system. I love to read, craft, bowl, and most of all spend time with my family. I have been a Northeasterner for close to 30 years and I love the sisterhood and friendship.
Barbara Otey
I am a recently retired HR Executive of 40 years. I earned a bachelor’s degree, a law degree, and Coaching certifications. I have an independent business, Otey Coaching & Consulting, LLC. I like to read, do church projects, and enjoy the company of my four grandchildren.
Charlotte Walker
I earned a Bachelor & master’s degree and retired from Columbus Public Schools after 35 years as a teacher, counselor & social worker. I am a member of AKA and several parliamentarian associations and Central State alumnae. My hobbies include reading, traveling, volunteering, socializing with friends and studying the word of God.
Shirley Humphrey
I was the first black female agent with the Defense Investigative Service and after a tough few years, retired as Deputy Director of the now Defense Security Service. I was responsible for the Department of Defense contractor domestic, international and NATO security clearances. My greatest achievement was to see the number of black females who came after me.
